Shipping Policy
Last updated: 02/09/2026
We offer free shipping on every order within the Republic of Ireland. No minimum order, and no hidden charges at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland only. If you're based elsewhere and would like to enquire about delivery, email us at hello@growmia.ie and we'll see what we can do.
Delivery timeframe
Every Mia is made to order in Cork. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of your payment being confirmed. Delivery then typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been collected by our courier.
How we ship
All orders are sent by courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use it to track your delivery directly with the courier.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification and either attempt redelivery or hold your parcel at a local depot for collection. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed collection, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — additional shipping charges may apply in that case.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@growmia.ie with photos as soon as you can — ideally within 7 days of delivery — and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Because Mia is modular, we can often resolve transit damage by sending a replacement part rather than having you return the whole bed. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
Contact
For any shipping queries, email us at hello@growmia.ie and we'll be happy to help.
This policy is operated by Mia Garden Systems Limited (CRO 815970).
That brings all four policies — Privacy, Terms, Returns, Shipping — to the same standard: consistent footer, consistent dating, and each of the substantive gaps we found closed out. The only open item across the whole set is the 30-day statutory refund wording in Returns, which I'd still get an actual solicitor to eyeball rather than rely on either of our drafting.
