By placing an order with Mia you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

About us

growmia.ie is operated by Mia Garden Systems Limited, a company registered in Ireland (company number 815970), registered office at 9 Wheat Field Garryvoe Lower, Ladysbridge, Cork P25 E8K8. VAT number: IE4739939CH. Mia makes modular aluminium raised garden beds in Ireland.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout (including PayPal and Klarna).

When you place an order and receive a confirmation email, that email confirms we've received your order; it is not our acceptance of it. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We make every effort to keep pricing and availability accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an obvious pricing or stock error after you've ordered, for example, a price that is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund before dispatch. We'll always contact you if this happens.

Product information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen-display differences and the nature of our sublimated woodgrain finish, and are not considered defects. Shipping

We currently ship within the Republic of Ireland. Full details of our delivery timeframes and process are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

As an online purchase, your order comes with a statutory 14-day cooling-off period, and we extend this to a 30-day goodwill window. Full details, including how change-of-mind returns, faults, and damaged items are handled, are set out in our Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

30-year guarantee

Mia raised beds carry a 30-year structural guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers the aluminium profiles against corrosion and structural failure only. It does not extend to fixings, surface finishes, coatings, or wood-effect treatments, and it does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or failure to follow the assembly instructions.

To make a claim, contact us at hello@growmia.ie with proof of purchase. Repair or replacement is at Mia's discretion. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your information.

Intellectual property

All content on growmia.ie - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Mia Garden Systems Limited and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, and our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it — changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed. The current version will always be published on this page.
